Orders will be prepared for shipping within a maximum of 30 hours from the time of purchase.
If the shipment is not received by the customer, it will be returned to us by the shipping company. In this case, the customer has two options:

Delivery within 3-6 business days (times may vary depending on seasons and crises) Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be shipped on Sunday.
Delivery (within Jeddah): 15
Delivery within 1-2 business days (times may vary depending on seasons and crises) Orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
